ABOUT
Jürgen Beyer, Dipl. Päd., Executive Coach
Jürgen is a seasoned executive coach, trainer, and consultant with 30 years of experience in designing and facilitating change and leadership transformation in European and international settings. He is a trusted advisor to C-Suite level executives and boards of global ‘blue chip’ companies. He resides in Germany.
As a senior leader in international companies himself, he speaks the language of his clients and understands their challenges quickly and easily. Not many words are needed to describe his work. It begins and ends where we always are – the presence – from there he explores what is appropriate, possible, successful, and healing in close cooperation with clients. No concepts. Radical openness and a constant smile characterize his work as a coach for individuals and teams. His source is the reality. Listening, seeing, and waiting for what is about to manifest to create solutions.
He is direct and appreciative, absolutely present in the moment, and never loses contact with the long-term objectives. People are his business. He knows how to align a diverse group of different cultures in critical situations as well as to create the spirit and the process for high performance. Jürgen is an excellent mediator between the different realities of his clients because his energy comes from his heart. His approach is influenced by the works of Peter Senge, Charles Handy, Otto Scharmer, Margaret J. Wheatley, Wilfried Nelles, and Elias Amidon. This range and depths allow him to work with and be accepted by diverse clients and constituencies.
Education and Affiliations
Jürgen received his diploma in Pedagogy and Adult Education from the Helmut-Schmidt-Universität in Hamburg. Jürgen started his career in the German Air Force, which he left after 13 years as captain and squadron leader of a fighter bomber wing.
