EQ and Mindfulness Practices
These offerings focus on building essential intrapersonal, interpersonal and team skills in the areas of emotional intelligence (self-awareness and social-awareness). Custom designed coaching and workshops may further include areas of difficult conversations and effective feedback. You will gain an understanding for what emotions are, how they arise, and how to work with them both within yourself and in relationships with others. By identifying your challenges and opportunities in emotional intelligence and mindfulness, we build up your practices of presence, awareness, contemplation and centering.
