Executive Resiliency

Resiliency is the capacity needed in times of change and turmoil. In today’s world, leaders need to both understand and practice resilient skills, as well as create environments and opportunities for their teams and organizations to boost their resilient capacity. Resilient leadership embraces paradox. Survivors and thrivers of challenge and adversity know how to exhibit seemingly opposing skills and qualities to match the needs of the moment, to adapt and to create possible futures. We have trained and developed leadership resiliency since 2002. This research-based model is the foundation for both individual and team resiliency development. Coaching, training, off-sites and key-note messages are typical forms of resiliency development.
