ABOUT
Amy Reichlin, MBA
Amy serves as an executive, team, and organizational coach and consultant. Amy is passionate about helping companies grow their most important asset - their people.
Amy’s purpose, her passion and her process invite leaders and teams into the crucial conversations, in order to move beyond barriers and into the flow of individual and collective potential. Effective leaders and teams take time to learn themselves and each other, to name their gifts and their liabilities and to embrace honesty over appearances and perfection. From these places of awareness, authenticity, respect, and utilizing their multiple intelligences, leaders, and teams can reduce unnecessary "noise" and focus on doing their best, most impactful work.
At the heart of everything, Amy shares her optimistic mindset, creativity, and steadfast desire for people to be happy both professionally and personally.
