Our Mission

We foster noble leadership, noble living and noble leaving in disrupted times. 

These are unprecedented times – filled with uncertainty, upheaval, fear and collapse of systems, both locally and globally. But these are also times filled with possibility. Change and disruption pervade every day experiences. Now is the time to discern who we choose to be and how we choose to act. We have a choice – to act nobly, calmly, decently and compassionately in the face of change, disruption and suffering – or not. We support individual leaders, teams, organizations and communities in discerning choice, strategic focus, skills development needs and train them to remain resilient, engaged and productive.

We jointly make meaning of NOBLE as a team and with our client partners. We cultivate practices and offer those to our clients to BE a noble presence in all our interactions. It is an ongoing process of discernment.

We define NOBLE as:

N = Need based

We don’t focus on what we are passionate about or wish to create. We apply our skillsets and expertise to meet the need present in the individual, group, organization or community we serve.

O = Open 

We explore with openness and curiosity how to best serve. We apply a life-long learning mentality and balance staying true to deeply held, honorable values and flexible and adaptive ways to meet the needs present. We are mindful not to let pre-existing assumptions and beliefs limit our awareness and discernment.

B = Being present

We stay present to the situation and world as it is. We know that our presence can create islands of sanity, resilience and calm choices. We train in clear-seeing, compassion and equanimity.

L = Loving and Leaderful

We focus on contributing to a world that embraces kindness, compassion and love as the guiding force in creating outcomes that serve the best in all of us and the greater good. We focus on bravely and courageously stepping into leadership as the situation, client and world requires it.

E = Engaged with Enthusiasm

In all situations, no matter how turbulent, dire or disruptive, we focus on engaging to serve a greater good with enthusiasm, joy and inspiration.
