Executive Coaching

Our coaches work one-on-one with leaders from the director or c-suite level. Engagements focus on a wide range of opportunities including - pivoting in response to new Covid-19 realities, boosting team resiliency during crisis, augmenting skills of newly promoted leaders or developing cultural savvy and executive presence in global leaders. A qualitative 360 assessment is the basis for focused coaching over 6-9 months. Post engagement feedback consistently reports the lasting, transformative shifts clients are able to make. Many clients choose to work with the coach as a trusted advisor or sparring partner for years to come.
