Our Approach

An Inner Leadership Approach

Noble Leaders understand that in order to create conditions for calm, creative, sustainable outcomes for others, they must train themselves first. Inner Leadership is the intentional process of cultivating discipline in the areas of stable mind, emotional regulation, clear-seeing, strategic and resilient agility, towards compassionate and wise action in service of a greater good. We support and train individual leaders and their teams to discern the right practices and training regimen during these tumultuous times. 

A Generative Approach 

Whether we are supporting a newly merged international firm to reconcile cultures, coaching an executive in building a cohesive team, or pivoting adaptively in a turbulent Covid-19 world, we act as facilitators and trusted advisors. We do not impose our vision on your organization. Instead we provide calm presence, interdisciplinary frameworks and a learning and adaptive focus. We discern what needs attention along with the possibilities and potential waiting to be harnessed.

A Living Systems Approach

Shared Learning International is not a typical consulting firm. We don’t look at your organization as a machine that can simply be taken apart and reassembled in new ways. We see organizations as a living systems where the whole is much more than the sum of its parts. Living systems that survive beyond their teenage years follow a specific set of principles. Our approach is to focus on these guiding principles, the opportunities and possibilities inherent in the realities we live with.
