Gabriele M. Ganswindt (Dipl. Psych)
Gabriele Ganswindt is an executive coach and leadership consultant located near Boston, MA. As a German/American, she partners with leaders of both European and US organizations to support results oriented, life-affirming leadership and sustainable organizational transformation. Gabriele and her team serve clients in the roles of executive coach, designer and facilitator of a wide range of strategic leadership retreats and development programs as well as large-scale organizational change efforts. She is trained in several large systems change technologies (i.e. Open Space, Future Search, Appreciative Inquiry, World Café Conversations and Generative Dialogue).
Gabriele is founder and principal of Shared Learning International, a leadership development firm creating islands of sanity and effectiveness for and with her clients. Priviously, Gabriele was director of the leadership practice at ODI, an international TQM and change management firm. She is an adjunct faculty member of William-James College (MA) in their Executive Coaching Program and The Graduate Institute (CT). She is a frequent keynote speaker on topics related to centered leadership, resiliency, and executive coaching in a turbulent world. Her ideal client engagements combine both individual/team coaching with system wide interventions.

Gabriele received her Diplom-Psychology degree from the University of Trier (Germany) and was awarded a postgraduate fellowship at Harvard University in organizational psychology. Gabriele is a graduate of CTI’s coaching program and a member of the German American Business Council of Boston (GABC). She was ordained as an interfaith minister in 2008. She enjoys two teen daughters, two dogs, hiking, dancing and reading and lives with her family in Wellesley, MA.
